ABOUT PURSER WELLNESS EXPLORE
Learn with
Purser Wellness.
A place to explore the public teaching of Dan Purser MD, Jackson Larkin, and the Purser Wellness team.

What can I find here?
Search 4650 pages and listings across videos, articles, public social posts, Substack, books, reports, and 451 learning references. Follow a subject from an introduction to related teaching at your own pace.
New teaching as it arrives
We regularly check public posts, videos, articles, and Substack listings. An entry can appear before its full text or captions are available. Existing learning pages remain available if a check is delayed.
Older posts are being added over time. Search may not yet include every past post, every spoken word in a video, or words printed inside an image. Paid Substack writing stays on Substack.
What can search find?
- Facebook and Instagram: the written posts and captions, with links to the original media. Words spoken in videos or printed inside images may not appear in search.
- Articles from DanPurserMD.com: available article text, pictures, and links.
- Videos: titles and descriptions. 210 entries also have searchable captions, which may contain mistakes; check the recording when a word or dose matters.
- Substack: 285 listings, including 153 marked for subscribers. Search finds titles and public topic information; paid posts stay on Substack.
- Report teaching: 139 expanded, searchable guides based on Dr. Purser’s explanations of genes, nutrients, symptoms, and pathways. Explore the report collection.
- Books and chapters: plain-language topic guides. Original files, personal histories, and individualized care plans are not posted here.
Understand a term, then ask better questions
Explore nutrients, genes, lab ranges, and the pathways that link them. A symptom does not diagnose a nutrient deficiency. A gene name alone does not tell you how your body works. Lab ranges and product discussions are starting points for a conversation with your clinician, not a personal prescription.

Where the teaching comes from
Older talks and writing may reflect earlier ideas. Publication dates and original links help you see their context. These learning pages do not replace a current medical assessment; learn more about how to read the teaching.
