YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy & saved learning
How this learning encyclopedia works. Updated September 25, 2026.
Your saved content stays in your browser.
Bookmarks and completed chapters are stored locally on this device. Explore has no patient login or cloud account for your learning progress. Clearing this site’s browser data removes those choices; they do not sync between devices.
Find My Pathway answers stay in the open page.
The questionnaire runs in your browser. Its answers and results are not stored on our server, added to your saved learning, or sent to Ask Purser. Refreshing or leaving the page clears them. PDF results are generated on your device; you decide whether to download or share them. The email button opens your email app and requires you to attach the PDF and send it yourself. Sharing the questionnaire link does not include your answers. Links to related learning open in a new tab and do not include questionnaire answers in their addresses.
Search with topics, not private details.
Search terms appear in the page address and are sent to the site to return results. They may also appear in browser history and routine hosting logs. Please do not enter names, lab reports, or other personal medical information. My Results is a separate, device-only report reader. When you choose a PDF or image, its text is read in your browser. The original document is not sent to our server, and confirmed findings are not sent to Ask Purser. If you choose Save, findings are encrypted with a passphrase and kept in this browser; we cannot recover the passphrase or restore findings after browser data is cleared. PDFs you download remain wherever you save them. This site does not provide patient messaging.
My Results downloads
You can create a PDF from findings you confirmed. It is assembled in your browser. Before sharing it, remember that the file contains private health information and is outside this site’s control once saved.
Images, fonts, and video
Some images and fonts load from external providers, including Google and the original publishers. Those requests share technical information such as your IP address with the provider. YouTube players load when you choose to play. Facebook and Instagram embeds load automatically when you open a social-content page, but do not automatically play. These services receive technical information such as your IP address and may use cookies or request sign-in under their own privacy practices. Opening Substack or another external link takes you to that service and its policies.
No advertising or analytics tracking script has been added to Explore. Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site; this page does not promise that visits are anonymous.
