TOP 10+ IDEAS TO IMPROVE YOUR INTERSTITIAL CYSTITIS (IC)

I deal with root cause illnesses all day every day now for 35 years in practice. After advising several hundred patients with IC, I believe there is no way to cure it — mainly because it is mostly genetic in root cause. But there are a lot of things you can do to live more healthily and have very few if any symptoms (significantly fewer). Let me convince you.

1. Get on a LOW COPPER DIET— can be downloaded from the Facebook page for free “END FIBROMYALGIA WITH NATURAL OPTIONS” — and if you doubt this will help, please just sincerely give it a go, and you’ll know pretty quickly if I’m right. You can get as much as an 80% improvement in your symptoms with this alone after a moth or four on this diet. (Does anything else free off this potentially offer this much improvement?)

2. Interstitial Cystitis appears to be genetic. So is the chronic fatigue (CFS) you feel. Fibromyalgia is most likely genetic too. More on this later.

3. I believe you have genetic errors, with which you were born, that are probably causing you to have a dysfunctional copper-zinc-metallothionein, which in turn causes you to have abnormally high EXTRAcellular levels of copper and low INTRAcellular levels of zinc and copper. It sounds crazy, but I believe this excess extracellular copper is the physical cause of your pain. You can check your NCC (Non-Ceruloplasmin [bound] Copper) level to determine of this is excess copper is so. (Again see “END FIBROMYALGIA WITH NATURAL OPTIONS” Facebook page to download this document and see what labs you should get for this.)

4. So you had some success with your LOW COPPER DIET? Now you might even start to believe me? And now you might think this might copper thing be something to look into? Now you must address your dysfunctional COPPER-ZINC METALLOTHIONEIN. We developed and received a U.S. patent on a COPPER-ZINC-METALLOTHIONEIN SUPPORT product (called “COPPER BALANCE”). This can help normalize your extracellular and intracellular copper and zinc levels thus helping you overall. And you don’t have to use it or buy it — you can just buy the individual supplements that are in the product from Amazon.) Try 1-4 per day (long term maintenance) and up to 8 quickly for bad flares.

5. A reduced glutathione (called GSH) could help your metallothionein work (go to PUBMED and search METALLOTHIONEIN [AND] GLUTATHIONE to confirm). We actually developed the first and only (and received U.S. and international pharma patents) and now have started a pharma biotech around it. Try it (VARS GLUTATHIONE — VARS stands for VALIDATED, ABSORBABLE, REDUCED, and STABLE). According to how you feel take 4-30 squirts per day via swish and swallow — then wait 25-30 minutes before eating or drinking anything.

6. Symptoms are less now? But still super tired? Fatigued? That’s your CFS (CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME) And I think it’s caused by vitamin deficiencies, in turn caused by those genetic (errors especially MTHFR and other methylation errors). Get your genetics tested — the test we offer, that I helped design, is fairly inexpensive and has a very quick turnaround — just swab and mail and then 10-14 days later we’ll know the results. But we can also use 23ANDME but only if you help is by running it through the compiler NUTRAHACKER COMPLETE. This helps me or other doctors to figure the depth of your methylation problems and guide your treatment.

7. Consider trying and starting a baseline “methylation” product. I’d say your chances are very high — approaching 100% — and the worse the fibro or IC then the worse the methylation errors) or try our “MTHFR RENEW” or “MTHFR ENDURE”. Start with 1/day and each week go up slowly. No rush to get there. If these or any methylation support problem causes problems stop or cut back. Do not try to push through. But this is how you address your chronic tiredness or fatigue.

8. Post-menopausal and really suffering? Get your hormones tested (please use the DIRECT LABS link on my DANPURSERMD.COM website to order the panel I have detailed on there. DIRECT LABS has 1300 draw sires nationwide and is super cheap but is NOT covered by insurance — but order your own and stay in control of your own health. ORDER YOUR OWN AND STAY IN CONTROL!

9. Once you get all your lab values back, See a physician knowledgeable with natural HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY (HRT). Testosterone, progesterone, and thyroid issues need to especially be dialed in and optimized as this can make a big differences in your quality of life.

10. Do not worry about weight or obesity issues while you’re in this process — you have bigger problems you need to control. The weight loss attempts can come later. And if bedridden and then suddenly feeling better, please do not suddenly get up and try to do too much! So be careful!

11. As you slowly feel better get better control of your symptoms, slowly start doing more and and exercising more.

12. Flares usually occur due to weather changes, stress, and most often (and importantly) due to you accidentally (or intentionally?) eating a high copper food and blowing up your symptoms. Jump on these quick with lots of glutathione, water, Copper Balance and bed rest. You should be much better by the next morning.

13. Lastly, for the rare case that none of this helps, or that had a normal NCC (see above), you might have a problem with some other heavy or toxic metal. Talk to your physician or call my office for this text — it’s a urine test that is easy to perform and fairly inexpensive and we can ship to you to complete.

Hope this information helps you improve your life in some small way.
