CAN FISH OIL HELP YOUR MEMORY OR PREVENT LOSS? (HINT: the answer is NO, but KRILL OIL CAN...)

ONLY KRILL OIL CAN DO THIS ACCORDING TO THE STUDIES BUT IT MUST BE:

HIGH DHA KRILL OIL.

APOE4 (which I have which is the worst form of LOAD)(Late Onset Alzheimer's Disease [AD] starting in your 80's) blocks absorption of DHA at BBB (blood brain barrier), but DHA in phospholipid form (fish, fish roe, krill oil) passes BBB and works to prevent AD.

•Again reduced glutathione would help this DHA work better.

•Eat SALMON FISH ROE daily (75% Phospholipid DHA)

•KRILL OIL is the best easy option -- contains ~35% of DHA in phospholipids.

•Daily dose must contain at least 600mg of phospholipids.

•Use a krill oil with at least 2 mg or 2,000 mcg of astaxanthin per serving.

There's only one krill oil on the market that meets these hard requirements?
