Plaque regression is supposedly difficult but in reality is easier than you think. Trust me, if you're faced with a possible death from an impending heart attack, or CABG (crack open your chest for coronary artery bypass grafting -- very scary and it really really hurts), then you usually get very acutely focused on saving yourself.

And stents? Oh we'll discuss stents. Not a great option.

So it leaves medical intervention. And it works. I've helped many patients see it through.
