INSTERTITAL CYSTITIS SUFFERERS! NEXT STEP:

Now that you are adhering to the LOW COPPER DIET (feeling better now, aren’t you?) it’s time to very carefully add in one supplement. It is a chelated molybdenum. Molybdenum helps the copper-zinc metallothionein (your body has several types of metallothioneins), which does not work correctly with you for some reason (we think it’s a genetic problem that was passed on to you and you in turn can pass onto your children), release the copper into the right area — such as into your cells and NOT into your bladder. I like Mozyme from BIOTICS RESEARCH for this. You can get it on Amazon. Try one a day of the 50mcg ones or even one a week to start (but the goal is to get to 3/day eventually).

This is a start. But make sure you’re on the LOW COPPER DIET for at least a week to a month first.
