One way is genetic testing. Uh, and you can really get genetic testing through anyone. 23me is not quite around as much anymore, but if you have your old results, I could show you on that if you run your raw data through a compiler like Neutra Hacker, ancestry, and then all kinds of other genetic testing can show it. We love our DRP genetics test
uh that you can get through our practice, through our website. That one is a fantastic test. We'll show you not just MTHFR, but your whole methylation and all the homoyine genes. That one's really good. But whatever genetic testing you have, that'll work. And the other way that we like to look at it is
through our intracellular micronutrient testing. If you're deficient in in certain key vitamins and minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants, that will definitely show you if you have MTHF.
