Why this matters

Explore questions about hormones, sexual health, food, and daily habits in the men’s handbook.

How the pieces connect

Hormone, sexual health, food, and lifestyle questions can change with age and goals. Start with the symptom or decision you want to understand.

Sexual health and hormone levels are not synonyms

The handbook connects hormone discussion with sexual health and lifestyle. Keep desire, erectile function, fertility, comfort and relationship concerns separate enough to describe each clearly. A single hormone result cannot capture all of them. The same applies to broader goals such as energy or healthy aging: define the concern before assuming a hormone intervention is the answer. This helps turn a broad reading into a focused consultation.

Keep in mind

Some older teaching includes targets or plans that may no longer fit your care. Bring your current results and goals to a qualified clinician before changing treatment.
